Quick note from me this week about something I’ve been pouring my heart into.
On July 16th, I’m kicking off a new program called The Inner Operating System.
I’ve never taught something like this before. It’s deeper. More comprehensive. More personal. And I’m so grateful for the students who have already enrolled!
Over the last seven years, I’ve taught frameworks on time, energy, and focus to teams at companies like Google, L’Oréal, and Squarespace. I’ve seen how this work can create real change.
Here’s what Emma from L’Oreal told me:
“The content was amazing — I've been to various sessions before on making time, reducing stress, etc., but I've never found one that was so actionable, and tailored to different people's needs. For the first time, I'm actually experiencing benefits from using the techniques we went through."
But I’ve been feeling called to go deeper. We’ve seen these tools make a real impact inside companies, even in just one or two sessions. But I’ve also seen the limits. The truth is, lasting transformation doesn’t happen overnight. It takes structure, accountability, and support. It takes space to connect the dots across every part of your life.
That’s why I created this program. To go beyond the surface and guide people through the kind of change that actually sticks.
This program isn’t just another productivity workshop or meditation class. At its core, it’s about understanding how your mind, body, and nervous system work together.
Because here’s the truth I wish someone taught me in school:
You can’t outthink a dysregulated nervous system.
You can’t be focused if your energy is shot.
And you can’t change your life if you’re living in a constant state of stress.
The Inner Operating System is designed to help you understand how your mind and body are wired, and learn to work with them instead of fighting against yourself.
In the program, we explore four big topics that have transformed how I show up in my life:
1. Nervous system regulation
Instead of beating yourself up for being tired or distracted, what if you could recognize what state your body is in, and learn how to shift it?
The truth is, how we feel changes how we think. When we’re “below the line” (e.g. tired, stressed, overwhelmed) it’s hard to see clearly or make good decisions. We get reactive, we spin stories, and we reach for quick fixes.
But when you know how to shift your state, everything opens up. You get more choice, more perspective, and way more capacity to respond with intention.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn simple tools to regulate and rewire your response to stress, overwhelm, and reactivity.
2. Energy management
Energy is the fuel for everything. When we’ve got it, life flows. When we don’t, even the simplest things feel hard.
The problem isn’t that we don’t know what helps. It’s that we treat energy-giving practices like movement, rest, or getting outside as optional. Nice-to-haves. Things we’ll do after the real work is done.
This program is about flipping that script. You’ll start to see these activities as essential, not extra. You’ll stop feeling guilty for prioritizing your own health and well-being, because you’ll see how ‘putting your own oxygen mask on first’ transforms how you show up for others, whether at work or in your personal life.
And we’re not leaving it up to you to figure it out alone. The Inner Operating System is designed with built-in structure, simple experiments, guided reflections, and weekly support, all aimed at helping you build a rhythm that actually fits your life.
3. Focus optimization
We live in a world designed to fragment our attention. Between pings, notifications, newsfeeds, and the endless stream of things to check or chase, it’s no wonder we feel scattered. But this isn’t about forcing yourself to focus harder. It’s about understanding how your attention works and learning how to direct it with more clarity and intention.
When you create space for deep focus, the day feels different. You finish what you start. You make meaningful progress on the things that matter, and that kind of progress feels good. It brings a sense of clarity, momentum, and motivation.
Just as importantly, focused work frees you up to fully unplug. You can close the loop on the day and shift into the rest of your life. Time with family, friends, hobbies, or rest. All without guilt or distraction.
In the program, you’ll learn how to reduce noise, build rhythms that support focus, and reconnect with the work that truly matters. When your attention aligns with your values, everything starts to feel more intentional and a lot more energizing.
4. Stress mastery
Most of us live in a constant state of low-grade stress. We’ve adapted to it so completely that it can feel normal to be tense, impatient, anxious, or on edge. But just because stress is common doesn’t mean it’s harmless.
Stress affects everything. It impacts our ability to focus, to connect with others, to make good decisions, and to show up with patience and presence. Left unchecked, it drains our energy, narrows our thinking, and keeps us reactive. Learning how to move through stress is one of the most important life skills we can build.
The goal isn’t to eliminate stress entirely. That’s not possible, and it’s not even desirable. Some stress is healthy. What matters is how we respond to it. When we learn to complete the stress cycle instead of staying stuck in it, we unlock more clarity, resilience, and capacity.
In the Inner Operating System, you’ll learn how stress works in the body, mind, and nervous system, and how to complete the cycle. You’ll explore practical tools like breathing and movement, alongside deeper resets like grounding in nature and co-regulation. Most importantly, you’ll build a new relationship with stress. One where it becomes a signal, not a saboteur.
Program Details
We start on Wednesday, July 16th.
Applications are open until Friday, July 4th.
Here’s how it’ll work:
Seven live modules delivered over Zoom (90 minutes each, one per week)
Weekly groups coaching calls for support, feedback, and questions (no time cap, all questions will be answered)
Private community space to share progress, ask questions, and stay accountable
Ongoing weekly coaching after the course ends (because real change takes time)
This is for you if you want to:
Feel less exhausted and more energized
Make consistent progress on what matters most
Break cycles of reactivity and stress
And maybe most importantly, feel more like yourself again
If any of that resonates, I’d love to have you in the program.
