I might be biased but this is amazing I love the idea of living a life through love. “Every day, I was meditating on love, listening to music filled with love, and trying to make love the lens through which all my decisions were filtered. “ what a great practice!
so much better than my daily to do :)
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with the world ❤️
Just wanted to share with you that I was diagnosed with auto immune hepatitis a couple of years ago. My gastroenterologist prescribed Immuran which I will take for rest of my life to prevent reoccurrence. So far so good. Liver function is normal now.
Thanks for sharing your experience, I don't think I was aware. I'm really glad you've found a treatment plan that is working. I am taking Colchicine, which isn't an immunosuppressant but does help reduce inflammation. Seems to help and is a mild medicine so I'm happy to have found that.
Thanks Vickie! I appreciate the comment. I heard y'all had a great time on the cruise so happy belated and wishing you healthy and wholesome year ahead ♥️
Thanks Connor.... I did read your full report and enjoyed it It made me think back on my own busy life.... You won't be surprised if I note that nothing was said about your spirituality I think you are a baptized Christian - and I have to assume that it's at the heart and center of all that you think, say and do Spoken like a pastor, huh? Of course, spirituality is there throughout all my days. To be honest, it just didn't come to mind as I thought back to the year and the highs and lows. Perhaps because there wasn't a particular moment that stood out in my memory, it's more there in the background of my consciousness as I live life.
And yes, while I'm a baptized Christian, I don't identify as such today, and don't quite resonate with the idea that it's at the heart and center of all I think. Surely, Christianity had a big influence on me growing up, and I'm sure it's influence remains, but I see God as something much bigger than one person, one religion, one text, one belief system, etc.
Just a brief but important reminder Connor..... When you were baptized, you were 'marked with the Cross of Christ FOREVER." I regard that as the bar code of the Christian. It can't be erased or removed! Welcome to the family.
So happy to be doing life with you <3
love you <3

It's almost annoying how true "love is the answer" really is...it practically makes every challenge, experience, or decision easier to navigate.

Enjoyed reading one percent wisdom.
